  1. I have made 2 of the Amazing Grace Shawls , giving to 2 ladies that are recovering Breast Cancer , just this past year.

  2. I lost my mom 2 months ago after a 15 year battle with breast cancer as well. Her and I had a vision to spread love through making crocheted hats for cancer patients… So I was THRILLED to find the Amazing Grace hat pattern recently. I just finished my first one last night, and am loving the design. It’s a great fit and perfect for full head and ear coverage. Bless you for sharing your design with us, and for having the same vision my mom and i have to help others.

  3. Is your next pattern and shawl or poncho?

  4. I think it’s either a hat or a lap afghan. I love your website, named after your grandmother. Mine also taught me to crochet when I was 5. She was amazing. Grandma could see something at someone’s house, like a doily or tablecloth, and come home and create it! She never learned how to read a pattern. It was all in her head.

  5. My mother just found a lump in her right breast. We went to her primary dr. last week and a surgeon yesterday. He wants to do a mastectomy. We are both in shock right now.

  6. Thank you for your prayers. We don’t know what we should do. She is 83, not in good health and very weak.
